In the space of less than a year Avril Lavigne has gone from being an unknown Napanee teenager to one of the hottest acts in pop music.
Avril's multi-million selling debut CD Let Go produced four top-ten singles including the number one hit "Complicated," and earned her five 2003 Grammy Awards nominations. She was a multiple winner at the 2003 Juno Awards, and she has been nominated for the Juno Fan Choice Award and DVD of the Year at the 2004 Juno's.
She has performed on Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and has been featured on countless magazine covers around the world. She is currently performing at sold-out venues in North America after recently completing the European leg of her live tour.
